电镀技术员/Plating Technician

招聘人数：1 人 到岗时间：不限 婚况要求：不限婚况 工作职责 Responsibility ◇ Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements. ◇ Technical input for Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability. ◇ Investigation and reporting of chemical or plating process-related failures, determining root cause. ◇ Work within engineering group and all departments to maintain team and multi-discipline problem-solving approach and product innovation. ◇ Define and implement control plan, maintenance plan for plating lines. ◇ Knowledge in operate Waste Water Treatment System ◇ Coordinate with Environmental Control Team Member to ensure the chemical waste is complied with government / cooperate regulation. ◇ Design and organize training program for maintenance technician and operator on plating process and plating lines activities. 岗位要求 Job Requirements Education Background ◇ University graduate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Working Experience ◇ More than 1 year industrial experience in electroplating of precision components ◇ Good knowledge of process engineering and electroplating technology. ◇ Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving. Training Experience ◇ Electric chemistry. ◇ Waste Water Treatment System Specialized Skill ◇ Familiar with Experimental Design, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Analysis. ◇ Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks and react quickly to changing conditions. ◇ Able to use Microsoft Office and MS Project ◇ Good command of both written and spoken English Other Requirement ◇ Hard working, self motivated, creative-mind set and able to accept work pressure ◇ Sound knowledge in semi-conductors industry is preferred.
